Points must be redeemed by the student directly at checkout; any session charged automatically through your saved payment method will be billed at full price without points applied. Points stay active for 3 months from when you earn them, so it's worth checking your balance and redeeming before they expire.

​Yes, students can cancel their membership if they've only received 1 tutoring session since they've activated member account. If a student has received more than 1 tutoring session, their membership is non-refundable & required to be completed for the UARK calendar semester.
