Hi, I'm Ryleigh — I'm an Honors College Fellow here at the University of Arkansas, and I started Thrive because I remember exactly what it feels like to walk into a class on this campus and realize the way you used to study just isn't going to cut it anymore.

That feeling is normal. It's not a sign a student isn't smart enough — it's usually just a sign nobody's explained the material in a way that actually fits how they think. That's the gap Thrive exists to close.

I've built a team I'm genuinely proud to put in front of your student. Our tutors include National Merit Finalists, fellow Honors College students, and students deeply involved across campus life — in entrepreneurship, student leadership, research, and their own demanding majors. This isn't a group of tutors reading off a script. They've sat in these exact classes, at this exact university, often taught by the same professors, and come out the other side not just passing, but genuinely understanding the material well enough to teach it back.

That distinction matters more than people realize. A tutor who barely survived a class can tell you the answer. A tutor who mastered it can show your student why it's the answer — and that's the difference between memorizing enough to get through one test and actually building the kind of understanding that carries into the next class, and the one after that.
